Further Response to COVID-19

Please note the following measures we are also taking to keep our employees and customers safe, as everyone’s safety is of utmost importance at this pivotal time.  We are putting a great deal of emphasis on our policies and procedures to ensure that we not only meet, but exceed all Alberta Health requirements. Some of the most important areas of focus are:

1. Ensuring all staff wear face masks at work
2. Ensuring that our excellent handwashing practices are rigorously followed
3. Screening of employees before each and every shift
4. Enforcing 14 day isolations in accordance with government guidelines with respect to:
   
   • Anyone who has travelled recently or who has come in contact with anyone who has travelled recently 
   • Anyone who feels ill or who has come in contact with anyone who has recently felt ill
5. Sanitizing commonly touched surfaces in all areas of our restaurants, HOURLY!
6. Applying social distancing among our employees within the workplace and among our customers
7. Sanitizing debit terminals after each use
8. Instituting work-from-home alternatives for our corporate team members

Every day, we take pride in maintaining very high cleanliness and health standards that are designed to ensure a safe and healthy environment in our restaurants. In addition, we remain vigilant in learning more by monitoring developments closely and keeping informed of additional recommendations from public health agencies. We are ready to initiate further measures that will make a positive difference, as they become known!
